Lima 9mm Shunter CD Replacement Motor Kit

This Kit is a low profile 6 volt CD Replacement Motor kit for the Lima Models  Locomotive Range.

DC Voltage droppers are not required for use on DCC systems as the decoder's speed curve can be used to suit your needs. I do recommend that CV 2 Starting Voltage is set to a value of 0 (Zero).

This Kit is suitable for the following Lima locomotives:

Class 08/09 (Shunter)
Also fits fits the Lima Pannier, Class J50, Prairie Tank Engines.

The Kit consists of the following:

• 1 x 9mm low profile can Motor. (6 Volt) with 8T Pinion Gear Pre fitted.
• 1 x 3D printed Motor Adaptor for the Lima Pod Motor.
• 1 x Heat shrink Tubing.
• Optional item - DC Voltage Droppers (required to slow down motor as the 6v motors have a higher RPM.
